Metal Processes have an excellent reputation of delivering on time every time, you will probably have experienced that manufacturing companies do not always deliver on time but we believe that good customers deserve good service! As our customer, when you place an order with us and you want the parts same day or next day we will agree that we can give you want before you place your order with us and because each day we schedule capacity gaps in our production we can, more often than not, accommodate any urgent delivery or collection.

Our normal quoted deliveries are 2 to 5 days, only 20% of our business is customer scheduled, each day at 15.00 hours we expect to see a number of urgent next day delivery’s ordered arriving by email, these are processed through our administration office into the CAD office where they are programmed ready for the afternoon or night shift and in extreme cases our CAD experienced engineer night Supervisor, programmes and gets the job cut ready for the Production Manager to action delivery the following morning.

We would welcome another 15% extra customer scheduled business to fill our extra 20% capacity generated by our recent £1,000,000 investment.

All of our laser cut, or cut and folded parts are palletised, shrink wrapped, bagged labelled and banded, you get all of your order in one piece ready for racking or using without any quantity shortages.
